It's a newly renovated hotel but everything is so good Great Location in the Old Quarter. Tommy made us feel very welcome, he helped to book a great Ha Long Bay Cruise for us, booked train tickets for Sapa and arranged all transportation. We stayed 3 separate times in Hanoi and everytime stayed at The Hanoian Hotel. Tommy, whose English is very fluent, remembered our names and welcomed us like old friends each time we returned. Restaurant is on the ground floor and breakfast is brilliant. It was so comfortable and welcoming that we thought of it as our Hanoi home.
